Hi, I'm Megan. I'm so glad you're here.
I'm the founder of Inner Haven, a Certified Somatic Educator and Facilitator, and a yoga and meditation teacher with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with their bodies, better understand their nervous systems, and discover a more supported way of moving through life.
My approach is rooted in trauma-informed somatic education, weaving together body awareness, gentle movement, mindful yoga, and restorative practices to create experiences that invite curiosity, connection, and rest.
Alongside my somatic training, I'm a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Meditation Teacher, and hold additional certifications in Yin and Restorative Yoga.
I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness, compassion, and the freedom to explore what feels supportive for each individual.
Through Inner Haven, my hope is to create a welcoming space where you can slow down, listen to your body, and discover practices that support you both on and off the mat.
There's no pressure to perform, nothing to get right, and no expectation to be anything other than who you are.
Just a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
You don't need to be more flexible, more experienced, or have everything figured out to begin.
Come exactly as you are and discover a welcoming space to rest, reconnect with your body, and explore what it feels like to slow down.
There's a place for you here.
