Inner Haven was created by Megan, a somatic yoga teacher devoted to helping people reconnect with their bodies in a gentle and compassionate way.


Through restorative yoga, somatic practices, and guided meditation, Megan offers a slow and supportive approach to nervous system healing—helping you move at the pace your body truly needs.


Her work is rooted in the belief that your body is not something to fix, but something to listen to.
